Ninja A89 has 4inch screen with TFT display of 256k colours.(235 ppi)
Canvas 2 has IPS display with 16 million colours.(186 ppi)
Lumia 520 has IPS display with 16 million colour and 4 inch screen (233 ppi)
Verdict : clearly IPS screen with better ppi and 16 million colour gives Lumia 520 a upper hand and donot forget supersentive touch .Canvas 2 has bigger screen but lesser ppi makes your smartphone experience worst

Well this is something we mostly overlook. the higher number of bands give you better signal and connectivity.
Ninja A89 and Canvas 2 support GSM 900/1800 and HSDPA 2100 Only.

Some people boast that android has a great number of apps and games.Personally windows phone 8 has a refeshing style and and awesome quality.
Firstly greater number of apps doesnot mean BETTER apps. Android market has greater number but lesser quality.
One of the drawbacks of wp8 is you cannot hack the paid apps like in google play but still free ones are awesome.
You will certainly miss some of the apps like Instragram and even basics like proper cam scanner but i dont regret it.The OS makes up for it .
You wil just fall in love for it..It is much much refreshing than android.
One more thing is jelly bean needs minimum 512mb RAM which makes canvas 2 little Jittery.
Ninja A89 has icecream Sandwich which is much much old.
7. Internet
Having used micromax ninja i can assure you nokia lumia rocks.It ust has awesome speed even youtube in 2g.
8. Build
Nokia phones are a brand themselves.The premium feel of Blackberry Nokia and Motorola can never be compared to micromaxxes and samsungs. You will feel it in few days of use.
Canvas 2 and Ninja A89 have severe heating problems and also charging problems..
Nokia lumia 520 am using from a week but till now no problems.
The inbuilt apps HERE drive and lenses are much awesome and irresistable.
FINAL VERDICT
well its depends on your need if you want a good phone for a long term use then its Lumia all the way. If you are looking for backup phone for games or development its ofcourse MIcromax.
I will always recommend you a Lumia 520.
